Earlier last week, we launched a new app. This caused some users to encounter issues. Our development team is working on correcting these issues and we will notify you once they are fixed.
The new app evolves the Babolat PLAY experience:
- A new ranking system replaces Pulse. The new ranking rewards your passion for tennis and is a combination of how often you play, how many shots you hit, power, and activity in the app. In the future, aspects of Pulse such as technique, power, and endurance will be located in the statists section of your profile.
- We discontinued the Desktop Dashboard. Based on usage and feedback from the PLAY community from the past 3 years, we are focusing all our energy on creating the best possible mobile experience. With the launch of the new app, the mobile dashboard is now the standard to view your sessions and interact with the Babolat PLAY community.
Issues you may be encountering:
- Synchronization and qualification between the Babolat app (V 2.0.1) and a Babolat PLAY racket
- Synchronization between the PC/Mac software and a Babolat PLAY racket
Thank you for being a part of the Babolat PLAY community and we apologize for any issues this may cause. Stay tuned for more updates.
