If you fail to pair your racket with your Smartphone, make sure:
- That no other phone has already been paired previously with this racket. If it's the case, the bluetooth on that Smartphone should be turned off, or the racket should be unpaired.
- That you switched on your Smartphone's bluetooth, your racket's bluetooth, and that you clicked on the Babolat Play device.
If it's still not pairing, try to switch off the racket and/or your Smartphone. Then, try again.
If the pairing is correct, but the synchronization doesn't work, make sure you have phone service with data or a wifi connexion.
